3D Modeled Shoes
While I have experience with other 3D modeling softwares such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion 360, I had never gotten serious with modeling organic shapes, surface modeling, and animation. What you see here was all made in Blender and was self-taught over about a year and a half.
Background:
Shoes can be manufactured based off of a 2D orthographic image, but I decided to try 3D modeling them for a few reasons:
Create base models for best-selling styles so you can drag and drop materials on the shoe instantly using image textures
Once skilled enough, create product reveal animations and other promotional renderings or animations
